秋田注气结扎术治疗食管静脉曲张的临床特点

摘　　要：目的　探讨秋田注气及附加气囊MD - 4 872 0结扎器治疗食管静脉曲张的安全性和操作特点。方法　 112例肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血病人分成两组 ,A组 6 2例行秋田注气结扎治疗 ,B组 5 0例行乙氧硬化醇注射治疗 ,对比研究两者治疗特点及并发症等。结果　A组治疗成功率和消退静脉曲张方面均优于B组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,急性出血可经气囊填压即时治疗。结论　秋田注气及附加气囊MD - 4 872 0结扎器结扎食管静脉曲张在治疗成功率、安全性、消退静脉曲张及并发症处理方面均优于乙氧硬化醇治疗。Objective To evaluate safety and charac teristics of procedure of balloon attached pneumatic activation akida ligator(MD -48720) in management of patients with esophageal varices. Methods One hundred and twelve patients with portal hypertensive esophageal varices were enrolled with 62 cases (group A) treated with akida ligator and othe r 50 cases(group B) treated with endoscopical sclerotherapy. The character is tics and complication of two procedures were evaluated and compared. Res ultes The treating effect in group A was more significance than that in group B (P<0.01). Acute bleeding caused by akida ligation could be t reated by attached balloon temponade. Conclusions Balloon attac hed pneumatic activation akida ligator (MD-48720) is superior to sclerotherapy i n aspects of safety,varices elimination and complication management.
