摘　　要：对襄北机务段机车扣修计划数据库管理信息系统作了概略性介绍,重点分析了系统的功能以及设计思想,同时简要介绍了数据库。Focusing on the functions, design concept and database of the system, the paper presents the development of the database management information system for locomotive detaining repair schedules in Xiang Bei depot.
