摘　　要：发动机的密封技术反映了发动机可靠性关键技术,而密封材料和密封垫结构设计是密封技术在发动机上应用的基础。利用对发动机的密封技术研究、密封材料的开发研究和优化密封垫结构设计,提高发动机密封的可靠性,来完全解决发动机的“三漏”问题。介绍了设计发动机密封垫片时应该注意的问题,以及目前发动机使用的平面密封垫片情况和试验数据的对比研究。The seal technology of the engine has reflected the key reliability technology of the engine,and seal material and seal cushion structural design are the foundations that the seal technology is used on the engine.Utilizing seal technical research,development research of the seal material and optimum design of seal cushion structure for the engine,improving the seals reliability of engine,the'three leaks'problem of the engine are expected to totally be solved.This paper has introduced some design questions that should be paid attention to the sealing gasket,and the comparision research of flat seal gasket and test data used in the engine at present.
