糖尿病血瘀证病人血清IL-6和sIL2R水平的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究糖尿病血瘀证病人IL -6、sIL2R水平的变化 ,探讨糖尿病血瘀证同IL -6、sIL2R的关系。方法　将 40例 2型糖尿病血瘀证病人与 3 5例非血瘀证病人的IL -6、sIL2R以及糖代谢相关指标进行比较 ,并以2 5例成人健康者作对照。应用化学发光法检测血清IL -6、sIL2R。结果　同健康对照组相比 ,糖尿病血瘀证和非血瘀证病人血清IL -6水平明显升高(P <0 .0 1) ,sIL2R水平未见明显变化。其中 ,血瘀证病人血清IL -6水平明显高于非血瘀证组(P <0 .0 1)。结论　糖尿病时 ,炎症反应可能参与了血瘀证的形成 ,血清IL -6水平升高可能是糖尿病血瘀证的病理生理之一。Objective To study the levels of serum IL-6 and sIL2R of type 2 diabetes patients with blood stasis syndrome.Methods Compared the level of serum IL-6 and sIL2R in type 2 diabetes of 40 patients with blood stasis syndrome with those of 35 patients without blood stasis syndrome,and chose 25 health adults as control group.The levels of serum IL-6 and sIL2R were estimated by chemiluminescence.Results The level of serum IL-6 of type 2 diabetes with or without blood stasis syndrome were both higher than that of the control group(P≤0.01,as the levels of serum sIL2R are of no significant difference.The level of serum IL-6 of type 2 diabetes patients with blood stasis syndrom were much higher than that of the patients without blood stasis syndrome.Conclusion Inflammatory reaction might take part in the formation of blood stasis syndrome of diabetes patients,the higher level of serum IL-6 might be one of the important pathological changes of type 2diabetes patients with blood stasis syndrome.
