摘　　要：目的　观察阿魏酸哌嗪对肾炎模型动物肾功能的影响。方法　选用家兔Masugi肾炎模型和大白鼠Heymann的模型动物 ,灌胃给予阿魏酸哌嗪 ,观察其对家兔肾炎模型和大白鼠肾炎肾功能的影响。结果　阿魏酸哌嗪有降低肾炎模型家兔和大鼠血清肌酐、尿蛋白和家兔血清尿素作用。结论　阿魏酸哌嗪有改善肾炎模型动物肾功能的作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect on Piperazine ferulate of renal function in animal models with nephritis. METHODS piperazine ferulate was taken to rabbit with Masugi nephritis and rats with Heymann nephritis by gastric intubation to observe the change of renal function in the animal models. RESULTS After Piperazine ferulate were given ,the decreasing levels of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and urinary protein in rabbits with Masugi nephritis and levels of serum creatintine, urinary protein in rats with Heymann nephritis were observed. CONCLUSION Piperazine ferulate can improve the renal function of rabbits with nephritis and rats with nephritis.
