摘　　要：目的　用HPLC法测定复方阿苯达唑片中阿苯达唑和双羟萘酸噻嘧啶的含量。方法　采用硅胶柱 ,以乙腈 -混合液[水 -乙酸 -二乙胺 (2 .5∶2 .5∶1) ](5 4∶1)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 88nm。结果　阿苯达唑的线性范围为 0 2～ 0 6 μg ,回归方程为 :Y =1.832× 10 6X +7.2 84× 10 3 (r=0 .9998) ;双羟萘酸噻嘧啶的线性范围为 0 .8～ 2 .4 μg ,回归方程为 :Y =1 2 5 5× 10 6X -1 736× 10 4(r=0 .9995 )。结论　所用方法简便、快速 ,准确、可靠。OBJECTIVE To determine the albendazole and pyrantel pamoate contents in Compound albendazole tablet by HPLC. METHODSHPLC was performed on silica column with acetonitrile-water solution [acetic acid-water-diethylamine(2.5∶2.5∶1)](54∶1)as mobile phase.The wavelength for detection was 288 nm. RESULTS The linear range of albendazole was 0.2-0.6 μg and the regression equation of albendazole was Y=1.832×10 6X+7.284×10 3(r=0.9998). Pyrantel pamoate was 0.8-2.4 μg and Y=1.255×10 6X-1.736×10 4 (r=0.9995) .CONCLUTION The method is sensitive,reliable and suitable for quality control of Compound albendazole tablet.
