圆孢子球虫孢子化过程的光镜观察

摘　　要：目的　观察圆孢子球虫卵囊孢子化过程中的形态学特征。　方法　取腹泻患者粪便中的圆孢子球虫置 2 .5 %重铬酸钾液内室温培养 ,先后在第 5、7、14、2 1、2 8、3 5、60和 90d显微镜下观察卵囊发育情况。　结果　新鲜粪便中的卵囊呈圆球体形 ,大小为 (9.15± 0 .70 ) μm ,囊壁透明 ,内有 3～ 8个折光颗粒呈簇聚排列而成的淡绿色桑葚胚。卵囊置重铬酸钾液中培养至第 5d和第 7d ,部分虫体内折光颗粒减少 ,第 14d出现由 3～ 4个大颗粒构成的桑葚胚的卵囊 ,第 2 1d观察到发育为两个孢子囊的卵囊。　结论　圆孢子球虫卵囊大小为 (9.15± 0 .70 ) μm ,孢子化后的孢子囊大小为 4.68～ 6.2 5 μm× 3 .12 5～ 4.68μm ,孢子化时间长 ,孢子化率较低 ,仅为 2 8%。Objective To observe the development and sporocyst formation of Cyclospora cayetanesis. Methods To observe the development of C. cayetanesis in 2.5% potassium dichromate solution on day 5, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 60 and 90, respectively. Results C. cayetanesis oocysts from faeces are rounded spheres and are (9.15±0.70) μm in diameter, the wall is transparent in saline wet mounts. The morula within oocysts is light green, which is clustered by 3-8 granules. The 2.5% potassium dichromate stool-mixture solution was kept at room temperature(18-28℃), the granules reduced on day 5 and day 7, and 4 or 3 of large granules is observed on day 14. It take three weeks (21 days) for the oocysts to undergo sporulation and develop two sporocysts of containing two sporozoites within the oocysts. Conclusion The sporulation of C. cayetanenis spent 21 days, or the sporulated rate is low(28%).
