睑缘炎患者眼睑蠕形螨感染调查

摘　　要：目的 了解睑缘炎患者眼睑人体蠕形螨感染情况,为蠕形螨性睑缘炎患者的诊疗提供依据。 方法 选取眼科门诊确诊的睑缘炎患者507人,其他眼病患者498人和无眼病的正常对照295人,刮取受检者眼睑分泌物并取上、下眼睑睫毛各3根,镜检蠕形螨。 结果 睑缘炎患者眼睑蠕形螨感染率为50.69％,显著高于其他眼病患者(11.65％)(P<0.01)和正常对照组(10.51％)(P<0.01),其中男性患者的感染率为51.56％;女性为49.54％,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。60岁以上年龄组患者的眼睑蠕形螨感染率为69.23％,高于其他年龄组(P<0.01),患者的眼睑蠕形螨感染率随年龄的增长而增高(x2=20.38,P<0.01)。 结论 睑缘炎患者眼睑蠕形螨感染率较高,眼科医生在作睑缘炎诊疗时可以通过眼睑蠕形螨检查结合睫毛形态观察确诊蠕形螨性睑缘炎,必要时予以抗螨治疗。Objective To investigate the occurrence of Demodex infestation in patients with blepharitis, so as to provide the reference for diagnosis and treatment of blepharitis associated with Demodex. Methods 507 patients with blepharitis, 498 patients with other ophthalmopathy and 295 volunteers with quiet eyes as normal control group were involved into this study. Discharge and three eyelashes from each blepharon were taken from all individuals, and were examined for Demodex under microscope. Results The positive rate of Demodex was 50. 69% in patients with blepharitis, which was significantly higher than that in patients with other ophthalmopathy(11. 65 %) (P<0. 01) and in normal control group (10. 51%) (P<0. 01). There was no significant difference between male (51. 55%) and female (49. 54%)(P>0. 05). The positive rate of Demodex was the highest in patients over 60 years (69.23%), and it was significantly different in patients of different ages (P<0. 01). Conclusion The positive rate of Demodex was high in patients with blepharitis. In order to avoid prolong of the disorders of the blepharitis associated with Demodex, doctors should make their diagnosis using Demodex detection by microscopy and observation of eyelashes by naked eyes, and carry out anti-Demodex treatment when necessary.
