先兆子痫、子痫患者血浆神经肽Y与平均动脉压的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨先兆子痫、子痫患者血浆神经肽 Y(NPY)水平与平均动脉压 (MAP)的相关性。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法测定 1 4例先兆子痫及子痫患者 (其中先兆子痫 1 3例、子痫 1例 )、1 4例正常妊娠妇女产前、产后血浆 NPY水平 ,同时测量其平均动脉压 (MAP)。结果 :先兆子痫及子痫组产前血浆 NPY水平为 (1 94 .5 5± 38.87) ng/ L ,明显高于正常妊娠组的 (86 .6 7±5 7.88) ng/ L ,两组比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,先兆子痫及子痫组产后 NPY水平为 (95 .5 2± 37.72 ) ng/ L ,产前、产后比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1 )。先兆子痫及子痫组产前 NPY水平与 MAP呈正相关 (r =0 .6 1 9,P <0 .0 5 ) ,产后NPY水平与 MAP无相关性 (r=0 .2 80 ,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :先兆子痫及子痫患者的 MAP增高与血浆 NPY有关 。Objective:To study correlations between plasma level of neuropeptide Y(NPY) and mean arterial blood pressure in patients with preeclampsia and eclampsia.Methods:Plasma NPY level was measured by radioimmunoassay in 14 patients with preeclampsia and eclampsia, 14 normal pregnant women pre and post delivery, and surveyed their mean arterial blood pressure (MAP).Result:The level of plasma NPY in patients with preeclampsia and eclampsia pre delivery (194 55±38 87) ng/L was significantly higher than that of normal pregnancies(86 67±57 88) ng/L (P<0 01) . The level of plasma NPY after delivery(95 52±37 72) ng/L was significantly lower than that of pre delivery in the patients with preeclampsia and eclampsia (P<0 01). The level of plasma NPY was positively correlated with MAP in patients with preeclampsia and eclampsia pre delivery (r=0 619, P<0 05). The level of plasma NPY after delivery was not correlated with MAP(r=0 280,P>0 05).Conclusion:The increase of MAP related to plasma NPY with preeclampsia and eclampsia. NPY may play an important role in the occurrence and development of preeclampsia and eclampsia.
