摘 要:目的 筛选适合多种寄生虫病流行区使用的特异性较高的囊虫病免疫诊断抗原。 方法 制备猪囊尾蚴各类型液相抗原和固相抗原 ,用ELISA或IEST检测囊虫病流行区患者阳性血清抗体 ,比较各种抗原的敏感性和特异性。 结果 猪囊尾蚴全囊及囊液尿素溶性抗原与水溶性纯化抗原ELISA检测囊虫抗体的特异性差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。固相抗原IEST有敏感性好、操作简易的特点。 结论 猪囊尾蚴全囊尿素溶性纯化抗原是较理想的囊虫病ELISA诊断抗原 ,有诊断应用价值。固相石腊切片抗原IEST较为适合流行区现场或基层应用。Objective To screen the specific antigen for immunodiagnosis of cysticercosis cellulosae in epidemic area of multiple parasites. Methods Different kinds of antigen in liquid and solid phase were separated from Cysticercus cellulosae ,and the positive sera from the patients with cysticercosis of epidemic area were detected with the antigens as above by ELISA or IEST. The specificity and sensitivity were compared between different antigens. Results No statistically difference was found on the specificity of detecting cysticercosis cellulosae antibodies between urea- and water-soluble from whole C. cellulosae and C. cellulosae liquid by ELISA ( P >0.05),but the sensitivity of solid antigen was higher than that of liquid with IEST. Conclusion The data suggested that purified urea-soluble antigen from C. cellulosae the diagnostic antigen,was an ideal one for this disease diagnosis with ELISA. The solid antigen in paraffin section by IEST was more suitable for the field study of epidemic area.
