摘　　要：目的　观察 60岁以上老年腹股沟疝患者无张力修补术的临床疗效。方法　 12 6例老年腹股沟疝患者均采用无张力修补术 ,术后随访 1～ 3年 ,观察恢复情况。结果　术后患者平均 3 6h下床活动 ,平均住院 8d ,没有发生尿潴留 ,阴囊水肿及切口感染 ,复发率为 0 .7%。Objective To summarize the experience in mesh-plug hernia repair of inguinal hernias in patients older than 60 years old. Methods A total of 126 senile patients with inguinal hernias underwent tension-free hernia repair from January 1999 to May 2003. A follow-up for 1-3 years was conducted. The recovery of all the patients was observed. Results All patients were cured. The patients could walk by themselves at 10 h (mean) after the operation and left hospital at 8 d (mean) after hospitalization. There were no urinary retention, scrotal swelling, and infection of the incisional wound. The recurrence rate was 0.7%. Conclusion Mesh-plug hernia repair can result in satisfactory clinical outcomes in senile patients with recurrent inguinal hernias.
