摘 要:目的 探讨小鼠巨噬细胞(MΦ)对白假丝酵母菌的影响,为研究抗白假丝酵母菌的免疫机制提供一定的实验依据。方法 取约5.6×106/mL小鼠MΦ1 mL与1.36×106/mL白假丝酵母菌1 mL作用后,分别于30 min、90 min、120 min、150 min、180 min、210 min、240min进行菌落形成单位(CFU)计数,利用t检验分析实验组与对照组CFU数结果的差异性。结果 小鼠MΦ与白假丝酵母菌作用到30 min时,与对照组比较,CFU数差异无显著性(P>0.05)。当作用到90 min时,较对照组CFU数减少3/5,CFU数差异有非常显著意义(P<0.001)。当作用到150-180 min时,实验组CFU数是对照组的1/4(P<0.001)。当作用到210 min时,实验组CFU数在180 min的基础上增加了一倍。当作用到240 min时,实验组与对照组比较,CFU数差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 小鼠MΦ在体外对白假丝酵母菌不能起到胞内杀菌和胞外细胞毒作用。Objective To explore the effect of macrophage of small mice on the C. albicans which can provide the definite experimental proofs for the sake of studying the immune mechanism of the anti - C. albicans. Methods Take 1 mL of the macrophage of small mice with the concentration 5.6 ×106/mL as well as 1 mL of the C. albicans with concentration 1.36 × 106/mL and remain a period of reaction time , then account the CFU numbers at 30 min ,90 min, 120 min, 150 min, 180 min,210 min and 240 min, analyzing the difference of the CFU numbers between the test group and the control one by t - test. Results When the reaction time is at 30 min between the macrophage and the C.albicans, the CFU numbers is no prominent discrepancy(P >0.05) between the test group and the control one. At 90 min, the CFU numbers in the test group reduce 3/5 compared with the control one so that the difference of the CFU numbers has very prominent Significance( P < 0.001) . With the reaction time between 150 min and 180 min, the CFU numbers in the test group are one fouth of the control one. When the reaction time is at 210 min, the CFU numbers in the test group is twice as the test group of at 180 min. At 240 min, there is no apparent discrepancy between the test group and the control one ( P > 0.05) . Conclusion The Macrophage of small mice can not kill C. albicans in the cell and poison C.albicans out of cell in vitro.
