摘 要:目的 为带胸大肌胸肋部肌蒂骨(膜)瓣转位修复顽固性肱骨骨不连提供解剖学依据。方法 在30侧成人尸体标本上,观测了胸大肌胸肋部的形态、血供及其与肋胸骨的关系。结果 胸肋部肌腹上缘长18.8 cm,下缘长19.5 cm,肌蒂游离长度可达16.8 cm,血供主要来自胸肩峰动脉胸肌支,其外径1.8 mm,长度为5.6 cm,其分支在肌内沿肌束走行。结论 可设计以胸大肌胸肋部为蒂带肋软骨骨膜、胸骨骨瓣转位修复顽固性肱骨骨不连。Objective To provide the anatomical basis for the transposition of the partial rib - sternal bone flap pedicled with the Sternocostal part of pectoralis major muscle for repairing the humerus non - union. Methods The form, vessels and rib - sternal relation of the Sternocostal part of pectoralis major muscle were observed on 30 sides adult cadaveric. Results The length of superior border of Sternocostal part is 18 .8 cm, the length of inperior border of Sternocostal part is 19.5 cm, the suppy of blood is pectoral branches of thoracoacromial artery with diameter 1.8 mm,length 5.6 cm, the muscle branch go and branch along fascicle in muscle. Conclusion The reversed transposition of the partial rib - sternal bone flap pedicled with the Sternocostal part of pectoralis major muscle could be designed for repairing intractable non - union of the humerus.
