经尿道"三沟两区推移切割"治疗前列腺增生的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察"经尿道三沟两区推移切割法"(简称推移切割法)治疗前列腺增生(benignprostate hyperplasia,BPH)的临床疗效。方法 对经尿道推移切割与常规切割治疗BPH进行术中、术后多项参数指标观察比较。结果 经尿道推移切割法治疗BPH优于经尿道常规切割法治疗BPH。结论推移切割法治疗BPH出血少,并发症少,手术时间短,患者恢复快,疗效肯定。Objective To assess efficacy of transurethral 'tris- colpus and two area' resection of prostate by pushing gland tissue. Methods Parameters of resection by pushing gland tissue and routine resection were measured and compared in operation and postoperation. Results Transurethral resection by pushing is superior to routine resection Conclusion With adopting transurethral resection of prostate by pushing, patients have less bleeding and complications, quickly recover, meanwhile operative duration is short, so the effect of treatment is positive.
