综合护理干预对老年性痴呆患者情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨综合护理干预对轻、中度AD病人情感障碍的影响。方法将80例早、中度A13病人随机分为对照组、干预组各40例。对照组实行常规护理指导，干预组进行综合护理干预：舒适环境、个性化护理、益智训练、日常生活能力训练、“无缝医疗保健”，应用MMSE、HAMA、HAMD量表每三个月评估一次。结果 干预后六个月，干预组的HAMA、HAMD分值开始明显低于对照组及干预前(P＜0.05)，干预后九个月，MMSE分值也较对照组明显升高(P＜0.05)。结论综合护理可以大大减轻AD病人的情绪障碍，延缓其智能减退的过程。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on mood disorders with mild and moderate Alzhemer's disease (AD). Method 40 cases of AD were divided into two groups. Interventional group were given comprehensive nursing including environment nursing, individual nursing, intellectual training, daily life training and 'all-days health care'. MMSE, HAMA and HAMD were evaluated every three months. Results The score of HAMA, HAMO were lower compared with control group in first three months., and also lower than that before intervention in the third month. (P<0.05). The score of HAMA, HAMD were lower than that before intervention in the ninth month. Conelusion General nursing could reduce mood disorders and delay the mental degeneration in AD.
