益气养阴活血化瘀法治疗微小残留白血病凋亡机制

摘　　要：[目的]探讨益气养阴活血化瘀法诱导微小残留白血病细胞凋亡的发生机制。[方法]建立微小残留白血病大鼠型,通过FCS法观察细胞凋亡率和脾细胞周长。[结果]治疗组凋亡率明显高于模型组,而模型组中G2+M期细胞率明显高于中药治疗组。[结论]益气养阴活血化瘀法可以诱导白血病细胞凋亡,有效治疗微小残留白血病。To discuss the mechanism of Yiqi Yangyin and Huoxue Huayu (tonifying Qi, nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation) in treating apoptosis revealed in minimal residual leukemia in rate. Minimal residual leukemia in rats rats was induced and the rate of the apoptosis and the circuit of spleenic cells was detected by FCS. The apoptosis ratio in therapy group was higher than that in model group than therapy group.[Conclusion] the mechanism of Yiqi Yangyin and Huoxue Huayu can treat leukemia by inducing apoptosis.
