柳枝的镇咳祛痰平喘作用

摘　　要：[目的]观察柳枝对动物的镇咳祛痰及平喘作用。[方法]以咳嗽潜伏期和咳嗽次数为指标,观察柳枝对小鼠氨水引咳法和酚红排泄法等模型的作用,以抽搐跌倒潜伏期和跌倒动物数为指标,观察柳枝对豚鼠组胺喷雾法模型的作用。[结果]柳枝能明显延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期和咳嗽次数,能明显促进酚红排泄,有延长豚鼠跌倒潜伏期的作用,但对动物跌倒数量没有明显作用。[结论]柳枝可以作为一种新型的止咳祛痰药物开发利用。To observe the Antitussive, Expectorant and Antiashmatic effect of Ramulus Salicis Babylonicae(RSB) The counts and latent period of cough induced by ammonia, the output quantity of phenol red from the trachea in mice and the latent period, the incubation of convulsion and falling down and the falling occasion in animals of asthma in duced by histamine in guinea pig as the parameters were recorded. The results showed that BSB could obviously decrease the frequency and prolong the latent period of cough induced by ammonia, increase the quantity of phenol red output from the rtachea in mice, and prolong the latent period of falling down, but could not decrease the convulsion frequency in guinea pig with asthma induced by histamine [Conclusion] RSB has significant antiasthmatic, antitussive and expectorant effects.
