摘　　要：成都理工大学档案馆历来保持档案资料一体化管理特色。根据社会对档案资料利用需求和学校办学优势及库藏资源状况 ,档案馆在继续保持管理特色的基础上 ,应使地质与非地质档案资料协调发展 ,做到开源节流 ,丰富库藏 ;充分利用网络技术 ,实现信息资源共享 ;加强档案资料编研工作 ,提供高质量的信息服务 ;引进、培养地质专业人才 ,优化档案队伍结构 ,更好地满足社会利用需求。The Chengdu University of Technology Archives of Chengdu University of Technology always keeps the files and documents in good condition. On the base of the development of practical needs and files in store and keeping the Chengdu University of Technology Archives characteristics, Chengdu University of Technology Archives should make the geological and non geological files in line, increase the incomes and reduce expenditure, enrich the storing files, share the information resources with others by network, enhance the arrangement and study, provide high quality information service, introduce and train special talents in geology, optimize the structure of working group so as to meet the social needs.
