下颌神经在面部的解剖及临床意义

摘　　要：目的　为下颌神经手术提供形态学基础。方法　解剖 2 5具 5 0侧成人头部标本 ,观测下颌神经及其分支的长度、宽度和厚度。结果　下颌神经主干长 (从出卵圆孔至分支处的距离 )为 1 .3± 0 .4cm ;宽度为 4.9±1 .2mm ;厚度为 1 .8± 0 .6mm。还测量了下颌神经各分支的长度、宽度和厚度。Objective To provide a morphological basis for mandibular nerve operation. Methods To anatomize 50 sides of adult head specimens for 25 corpses and observe the length,width and thickness of mandibular nerves and their branches. Result The length of main trunk of mandibular nerve (the distance between foramen ovale and its branches)is 1.3±0.4 cm;their width is 4 9±1 2 mm;and thickness is 1 8± 0 6 mm.The length,width and thickness of mandibular nerve branches are measured as well. Conclusion The operation for treating mandibular nerve pains can be performed safely by internal operation.
