摘  要:研究了五种营养因子对半夏悬浮细胞生长及总生物碱形成的影响.结果表明,2%~5%的葡萄糖是最为适合的碳源;肌醇对细胞生长的促进效果不大,但100mg/L的肌醇对总生物碱的积累效果显著;钙盐和EDTA-Fe盐对细胞生长和总生物碱形成的影响比较显著,其最适浓度分别为1.8~3.0mmol/L和0.06mmol/L.Studies on the effect of nutritional factors on the cell growth and alkaloids formation in suspension culture of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit was carried out. The results showed that glucose was better than sucrose for cell growth and alkaloids synthesis and the optimum concentration was 2%~5%. Although inositol had little effect on the cell growth, 100 mg/L inositol was best for alkaloids synthesis. Calcium and EDTA-Fe had obvious effects on the cell growth and alkaloids production and the optimum concentrations were 1.8~3.0 mmol/L and 0.06 mmol/L respectively.
