摘　　要：竹叶中含有多种有效成分和其它有用成分 .它的提取物是我国新开发的一种植物类黄酮制剂 ,具有优良的抗自由基、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗菌、抗病毒及保护心脑血管 ,防治老年退行性疾病等生物学功效 .此外 ,竹叶提取物在医疗、营养保健、食品添加。There is a lot more effective and useful components in the bamboo leaf. EBL(extract of bamboo leaves) is kind of plant flavones redeveloped by our researchers, which contains high-class anti free radical, it has bio-effects such as prevent old-age disease, protect the veins, anti bacterium, anti age, anti virus and anti oxidation. In addition, it has good applications in medical treatment, nourishment, health care, foods adds and keep-fresh. Chongqing has abandon natural resources of bamboo leaf which needs faster pace of development.
