摘　　要：科技成果成熟度是影响科技成果转化的内部因素 ,也是关键因素 .在当前科技成果转化率普遍较低的情况下 ,有必要对科技成果成熟度的相关问题做进一步的探讨 ,以提高认识 。The mature level is both the internal factor and the key factor of the conversion of science and technology achievements. Under the condition of lower conversion rate at present, it is necessary to study the related problems to deepen the understanding and to promote the conversion.
