摘 要:本文通过对现在实际使用的中空纤维气体分离膜丝内压降的理论分析,认为其规律基本服从微分的Hagen-Poiseuille方程;并将Hagen-Poiseuille方程与渗透方程联立,得到了计算丝内压降的一般方程式;最后经大量的实验,验证了上述论点和公式的正确性。With Developing of the hollow-fiber membrane in gas separation,pressure drop in hollow-fiber membrane becomes more and more important than the past. A theoretical study on the characteristics and parameters of the hollow-fiber membrane used in the industry recognized that the Hagen-Poiseuille's equation can still be applied to describe the pressure in the hollow-fiber membrane. Combination of the Hagen-Poiseuille's equation with the permeation equation ,a general equation for calculating the pressure drop in hollow-fiber membrane has been obtained. The theoretical results are good in agreement with the experimental results with maximum error less than 5%.
