摘　　要：目的　总结 1 984～ 2 0 0 3年间治疗蝮蛇咬伤 1 986例。　方法　根据常州市卫生局、常州市科委立项的《中西医结合治疗蝮蛇咬伤及诊疗规范的临床研究》课题项目要求 ,经全面系统研究制定提出了蝮蛇咬伤的诊断依据 ,病情分型标准 ,中西医结合治疗方法 ,疗效评估等诊疗规范。　结果　以规范化诊治蝮蛇咬伤 ,提高了诊断率与治愈率。　结论　保障了人民身体健康 。Objective The paper gives a summary of 19 86 cases of the combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of Agkistrodon halys(Pallas) bite. Methods Institutes the diagnosis basis a nd state of an illness classified criterions,the combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment method and the curative effect evaluation of pallas bite in the light of the task requirement of The clinical study of the combine t r aditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of pallas bite and the regulati ons of making a diagnosis and give treatment set forth by Changzhou Board of Hea lth and Changzhou Science & Technology Commission. Results The paper help s to make the standardization of making a diagnosis and give treatment of pallas bite,increasing the diagnosis and treatment rate. Conclusion Ensuring peo ple's health and developing the snakes bite prevention and cure enterprise. [
