摘　　要：目的　观察葛根素、黄芪注射液合用治疗中老年椎 -基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法　将椎 -基底动脉供血不足患者 84例 ,随机分为葛根素、黄芪注射液合用组和低分子右旋糖酐对照组 ,两组均进行临床症状、体征评估、疗效判定、血液流变学和TCD检测。结果　两组治疗后临床疗效、TCD测定和血液流变检测均较治疗前有显著差异 ,且治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　葛根素、黄芪注射液合用具有较好的改善脑缺氧 ,恢复脑功能的作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gegensu and Huangqi injection in treatment of middle and aged vertebrabasilar ischemia and to explore their mechenism.Methods Divide randomly 84 cases of the disease into treatment group of Gegensu and Huangqi injection and control group of low molecular dextroglucose.Both two groups will be done examination of clinical symptoms、 signs evaluation、 effect judgement、 hemotorheology and TCD.Results There's obvious difference between the two groups in aspect of clinical effect、 TCD and hematorheology examination,the effect of treatment group is better than that of control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion The combination of Gegensu and Huangqi injection has a better effect in improving cerebro asphyxia and restoring brain functions.
