摘　　要：农民收入问题是我国经济发展的一个突出问题。嘉鱼县潘家湾镇是湖北省一个农民增收工作中的典型乡镇,由于农业产业结构的调整、农民市场观念的增强、政府扶持力度的加大、先进种植方法的采用等原因,该镇农民收入增长较快,但是持续增长还显乏力,必须加快农业的组织创新,发挥民营经济的载体作用,地方政府要有所作为,优化增收环境,进一步提高农民收入。Peasants' income is a prominent problem in the economical development of our country. The town of Panjiawang in Jiayu county is a typical instance with respect to the work of peasants ' income -increasing.Owing to the adjustment of industrial structure of agriculture,the enforcement of market- oriented notion of peasants, the increasing support from the government and the adoption of advanced planting method, the peasants' income there has been increased rather quickly.However, much should be done to maintain a sustained growth so as to further increase the peasants income.
