马鬃蛇对去势大鼠血清睾酮和一氧化氮及附性器官的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究马鬃蛇石油醚提取物(CVPE)对去势大鼠血清睾酮、一氧化氮 (NO)及附性器官的影响。方法 :对成年去势雄性大鼠连续灌胃CVPE21天后采用放射免疫法测定血清睾酮含量 ;以硝酸还原酶法测定血清和阴茎组织匀浆液的NO含量 ;并计算其附性器官脏器系数。结果 :与模型组相比 ,CVPE高、低剂量均可显著升高大鼠血清睾酮水平(P<0.05或P<0.01) ;低剂量组可明显升高血清和阴茎组织中NO水平(P<0.05或P<0.01) ;高剂量组可升高阴茎组织中NO水平(P<0.05) ,但血清中NO水平升高不明显 ;CVPE高、低剂量组均可明显升高精囊腺和提肛肌的脏器系数(P<0.01)。结论 :CVPE可以改善成年去势大鼠的雄性激素水平及增加附性器官重量。Objective:To study the effects of Calotes versicolor petroleum ether extracts(CVPE)on serum testosterone,NO and accessory sex organs of castrated mice.Methods:The mature castrated male mice were given CVPE by administration gavage for21days.Then the content of serum testosterone was determined by radioimmunoassay,and the contents of NO in serum and penis tissue were determined by the nitrate reductase method.Meanwhile,the coefficient of accessory sex organ was also calculated.Results:When compared to the control group,the level of serum testosterone in treatment groups was increased greatly with either high or low dosage of CVPE(P<0.05or P<0.01);and in the low dosage group,the imˉprovement of NO in serum and penis tissue was significant(P<0.05or P<0.01),but in the high dosage group,the NO was increased only in penis tissue(P<0.05).Moreover,the coefficient of seminal vesiclc and the levator ani muscle were also increased obviously in both two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Both the level of androgen and weight of accessory sex organ in mature castrated male mice can be improved by CVPE.
