摘 要:目的:初步探讨解脲脲原体(Uu)基因型之间耐药性的差异。方法:应用聚合酶链反应-单链构象的多态性(PCR-SSCP)技术鉴定60株Uu临床菌株的生物群和基因型。结果:虽然尚不能认为Uu两大生物群对多西环素(强力霉素)、氧氟沙星、红霉素和四环素的耐药率差异存在显著性,但如果以基因型分组考虑,基因型1和基因型4对多西环素、氧氟沙星和四环素的耐药率差异有显著性(P值分别为0.033、0.027和0.024),其余各基因型之间的耐药率差异无显著性。结论:Uu各个基因型之间可能存在生物学性状差异。Objective: To observe the drug resistance between the genotypes of Ureaplasma urealyticum (U. urealyticum). Methods: The biovars and genotypes of 60 clinical isolates of U. urealyticum were identified by PCR-single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP). Results: There was no significant difference in the resistance to doxycycline, ofloxacin, erythromycin and tetracycline between two biovars of U. urealyticum. However, the resistance to doxycycline, ofloxacin and tetracycline was of significant difference between the genotype 1 and 4 (P = 0.033, P = 0.027 and P = 0.024). There were no significant differences in resistance between the other genotypes. Conclusion: The difference in drug resistance between the genotypes indicates the distinct biological features between the genotype of U. urealyticum.
