摘　　要：房地产类开发项目环境管理是建设项目环境管理的重要内容之一。分析了此类项目环境影响评价的特点,筛选有关的评价因子、指标,采用适当的评价方法进行量化,提出了居住环境适宜性评价指标体系和评价方法,以期完善、充实房地产开发项目的环境影响评价体系和方法,并指导房地产开发项目环境影响评价工作。In this paper, the Environment Influence Assessment (EIA) characteristics of real estate are analyzed and the application of residential environmental adaptability to the EIA of real estate is mentioned.The assessment index system of residential environmental adaptability and the method of assessment are submitted, which can be used to guide the EIA of real estate in order to create a suitable residential environment and improve the living standard.
