摘 要:在对山东省普通高校在校的 449名学生进行了体育课心理障碍调查研究 ,后发现 ,学生在体育课中存在有不同程度的心理障碍 ,特别是一年级中的普修课显著高于专项课 ,并就产生原因归纳出十方面主要因素。针对其心理障碍 ,提出了缓解与消除心理障碍的措施与方法 ,以使广大学生在校期间通过体育课身体素质、技术、技能得到进一步提高和发展 。A research has been made into 449 college students'psychological obstacles to PE in Shandong.It indicates that different levels of psychological obstacles exist when students are having PE. Especially for the first-year students,the level of psychological obstacles to common training courses is obviously much higher than that of special training courses.And the causes can be analyzed into l0 aspects and measures have been put forward to relieve and dispel psychological obstacles in this paper. The purpose of this research is to improve the professional standard of the teachers of PE, to enhance the students'physical qualities and skills and to lay a good foundation for the students' future work.
