摘 要:在分析传统运动训练模式的基础上,研究了计算机辅助训练的训练流程和系统结构。在计算机辅助训练的持下,教练员可以针对运动员的个性进行训练,减少运动员成绩长期停滞不前现象的出现;可以运用训练学、生物学和信息科学等多学科的知识来提高训练效率和训练水平,克服单纯依赖经验进行训练的缺陷。Computer aided sports training (CAST) was implemented based on application of computer in sports. Data for sports training were gathered, stored and analyzed by computer so as to help coaches manage daily sports information, make training decisions and simulate athlete' s campaign. The paper explored the flow of training and the system structure of CAST on the basis of a research of traditional training mode. CAST changed the traditional training mode by enhancing athlete' s personality and intensive training, which avoids the long - term stagnancy of athlete' s performance. CAST could also combine theories and methods of sports training, biomechanics, information and many other fundamental academic disciplines to improve training achievement.
