活血祛痰治法及其组方对原发性高血压左室肥厚大鼠左心室功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察活血祛痰治法及其组方对原发性高血压左室肥厚 ( Essential Hypertension- Left Ven-tricular Hypertrophy,EH- LVH)大鼠左室功能的影响。方法 :采用 1 4周龄自发性高血压大鼠 ( SpontaneouslyHypertensive Rat,SHR)。检测 1 4周龄 SHR、2 8周龄自然病程 SHR以及经中药复方治疗的 SHR的血压( Blood Pressure,BP)、左室重 /体重 ( Left Ventricular Mass/Body Weight,LVM/BW)、左室壁相对厚度( Left Ventricular Wall Thickness,LVWT)、左室舒张末压 ( Left ventricular end diastolic pressure,LVEDP)以及左室发展压 ( Left ventricular- developed pressure,LVDP)等的变化。结果 :1 4周龄 SHR已形成LVH,SHR- LVH大鼠左室舒张末压显著升高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,左室发展压显著降低 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,而中药复方则能明显改善 SHR- LVH大鼠左室舒张功能和左室收缩性能 ,提高左室顺应性 ,降低左室的僵硬度。结论 :活血祛痰治法及其组方对 SHR- LVH大鼠左室功能具有一定的保护作用。Objective: Observing the Effect of Regulating Blood Circulation and Eliminating Phlegm on Left Ventricular Function of Spontaneously Hypertensive Rat (SHR) with Essencial Hypertension\|Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (EH-LVH). Method: Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats(SHRs) were adopted. such indexes as Blood Pressure (BP)\,Left Ventricular Mass/Body Weight (LVM/BW)\,Left Ventricular Wall Thickness (LVWT)\,Left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP) and Left ventricular\|developed pressure(LVDP) of 14-weed-old SHRs,28-week-old SHRs and SHRs treated by Formula of Regulating blood circulation and Eliminating phlegm were measured. REsults:14-week-old SHRs developed LVH. SHRs had higher LVEDP (P<0.01) and lower LVDP(P<0.01). Formula of Regulating blood circulation and Eliminating phlegm could improve SHRs' Left ventricular diastolic and systolic functions,enhance the Left ventricular compliance and decrease Left ventricular stiffness.Conclusions: Formula of Regulating blood circulation and Eliminating phlegm could protect the Left ventricular function.
