降糖通脉片与苯那普利对肾小球系膜细胞抑制作用的对比研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨降糖通脉片与苯那普利对人肾小球系膜细胞 ( MC)增殖的不同抑制作用强度。方法 :采用体外培养的人肾小球系膜细胞技术 ,观察具有清热化瘀、滋阴补气作用的中药降糖通脉片及苯那普利对MC增殖的影响。结果 :降糖通脉片与苯那普利对 MC增殖均具有抑制作用 ,但二者的作用强度有一定的差异。结论 :在等效剂量浓度下 ,降糖通脉片对 MC的抑制作用优于苯那普利。To explore the intensity of inhibition function of Jiangtangtongmai Tablet(JTTM)and Benazepril on the proliferation of human glomerular mesangial cell(MC).Methods:The effect of JTTM(a herbal prescription of traditional Chinese medicines,having the function of clearing heat and removing stasis and nourishing Yin and invigorating Qi)and Benazepril on the proliferation of human MC was observed by using the MC cultured in virto.Result:Both JTTM and Benazepril could inhibit the proliferation of human MC,but there was certain discrepancy in the intensity of inhibition function of the both.Conclusion:In equal dose consistency,JTTM was superior to Benazepril on the inhibition the proliferation of MC.
