几种治疗慢性肾衰常用中药对小肠清除肌酐的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察几种治疗慢性肾衰常用中药对小肠清除肌酐的影响。方法 :钳夹兔双肾动脉 ,静脉注射肌酐。造瘘用导浊解毒、活血化瘀和补气固本的中药做小肠透析。结果 :1 .枳壳、党参组的肠粘膜肌酐清除率分别为 1 .1 82和 1 .0 0 1 ml.min-1,与对照组 0 .2 91 ml.min-1差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 0 5)。2 .大黄等其他组对小肠肌酐的清除率与对照组差异无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5)。结论 :导浊解毒、活血化瘀类中药对清除肌酐作用不大 ,行气补气的枳壳、党参液可促进小肠清除肌酐 ,值得进一步研究。Objective:To investigate the effect of various Chinese herbal medicines on the clearance of creatinine thought small intestine. Method:We used the renal\|artery\|ligated rabbits as the model. After the intravenous administration of creatinine thought ear vein,we had fistulas in small intestine and carried out intestinal dialysis. Result: 1.The clearance of creatinine in treated groups with bitter orange Immature and Dangshen were 1.182 and 1.001 ml·min -1 . They were higher than that in the control group with normal saline solution (P<0 5). 2.The clearance of creatinine in other treated groups with Danshen Root,Rhubarb,Licorice Root,Oyster shell,Glafrous Greenbrier Rhizome were higher than that in the control group. But there was no significant difference (P>0 05). Conclusion:Drugs for Qi\|promoting and Replenishing could promote the clearance of creatinine through small intestinte,but drugs for clearing Qi\,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were of no significant effect.
