超音波血流计对弦脉和滑脉客观化检测的临床研究

摘　　要：自 1 998年初开始应用超音波血流计对中医学中弦脉、滑脉及正常脉 (平脉 )进行脉象客观化检测的研究 ,共收集 78例典型的脉象图。通过脉图分析 ,特别是比较主波的宽度 ,提取出各自脉象的特征性数值。通过统计学 ( u试验 )处理 ,结果显示弦脉与滑脉有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5) ,弦脉与平脉有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5) ,而平脉与滑脉无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5)In order to study objectivity of detecting pulsation in T.C.M.,78 cases of typical slipping pulses,wiring pulses and normal pulses have been investigated with ultrasonic SMART DOPPLER since 1998.The characteristic data were abstracted from analysis of each pulsation pattern,especially from analysis of width of the main waves.The results showed significant differences in comparison between slipping and wiring pulses,between wiring and normal pulses,with no differences between slipping and normal pulses.
