试论非实践因素对经穴主治演变的影响

摘　　要：针灸疗效的高低在很大程度上取决于选穴处方的科学性 ,而选穴处方的科学性则取决于人们对经穴主治的科学认识。在对经穴主治的科学性进行严格的考察之前 ,必须首先对历代针灸文献所记载的经穴主治的实践含量 (来源于实践经验的成分 )有一个基本判断。换言之 ,必须搞清楚在经穴主治的演变过程中 。The therapeutic effect of acupuncture is determined to a great degree by the scientific combination of acupoints of a recipe. While,the reasonable combination of acupoints in a recipe depends on the doctor's understanding on acupoints' indications. When we strictly carry out investigation on the actual values of acupoints' indications,we have to make a basic judgement first on the practical content (component part of the clinical experience) of the acupoints' indications described in acupuncture literature in the past dynasties. In other words,we have to make clear that the mutual infiltration process of various non\|practical elements and its influencing extent on the existing acupoints' indications in the evolutionary course of acupoints' indications.
