摘  要:目的 :探讨脑挫裂伤后c - jun和c -fos基因表达的特点。方法 :利用自由落体法复制大鼠脑挫裂伤动物模型。伤后 30′、1h、2h、4h、8h、2 4h和 72h杀死大鼠取脑组织 ,石蜡切片 ,用PV6 0 0 0免疫组织化学染色。结果 :正常对照组假手术组c -fos无阳性表达 ,而c - jun呈弱阳性。模型组c -fos阳性神经元分布在伤灶周围区皮质 1 - 2mm范围和部分海马 ;c - jun阳性神经元在伤侧皮质和海马广泛分布。结论 :c -jun基因表达较c -fos更强烈、更广泛和表达时间更长。Objective : To explore the expression character of c-jun and c-fos gene in rat after brain injury . Methods :The free-falling-body-injury method was used to make brain contusion model . After 30′?1h?2h?4h?8h?24h and 72h of brain contusion the rats were killed ,and so the brain paraffine sections were created . The section were dyed by PV6000 immunohistochemistry . Results: In the normal group and sham operated group, neuron showed c-fos negative or c-jun weakly positive , The c-fos positive cell was crowded around 1-2mm focus injured area and the hippocampus in the model group . The positive cell of c-jun was scattered all over the cerebral cortex and hippocampus side.Conclusion : The expression of c-jun gene is more intense, the distribution of positive cell is wider than that of c-fos gene , and the time of expression is also longer than that of c-fos gene.
