摘  要:目的 :对 7个厂家生产的三黄片中大黄素和大黄酚作含量测定 ,考察其质量。方法 :采用RP -HPLC法 ,以甲醇 :磷酸缓冲液 (9:1 )为流动相 ,测定三黄片中大黄素和大黄酚的含量 ,检测波长为 2 5 4nm。结果 :大黄素平均回收率为 99.5 %,RSD为 1 .2 2 %,大黄酚平均回收率为 99.4 %,RSD为 0 .6 6 %。每片大黄素和大黄酚总量在 0 .31~ 3.1 6mg之间。 结论 :从所测得成分的含量看 ,7个生产厂的三黄片质量不稳定 ,现行标准粗略 ,应制定严格的质量控制标准。Objective:To examine the quality of three yellow tablets by determining emodin and chrysophanol on them produced by the seven pharmaceutical manufacturers. Methods:Emodin and chrysophanol in the three-yellow tablets were separated by RP-HLPC with methanol:phosphate buffer (9:1)as the flow phase and spectrophotometrically assayed at the 254nm of wave length. Results: For the emodin,the average recovery rate was 99.5%, while RSD was 1.22%;they were respectively 99.4% and 0.66% for the chrysohanol.The total content of emodin and chrysophanol in each three yellow tablet was within 0.31~3.16mg. Conclusion: In view of the content of the efficacious ingredients,the three yellow tablets have unconsistent quality. It is concluded that the sterner quality control standard should be formulated for the production of three yellow tablets.
