摘  要:目的 :测定四地产金银花药材中绿原酸的含量 ,并与对照药材相比 ,探讨绿原酸含量测定作为鉴定金银花品质的可能性。方法 :采用HPLC对金银花中绿原酸的含量进行测定 ,色谱柱为YWG -C1 8(2 5 0mm× 4 .6 ,1 0 μm) ,紫外检测波长为 32 7nm ,流动相为 0 .4 %磷酸水溶液、乙腈。结果 :对照药材中绿原酸含量为 2 5 .84mg .g- 1,山东省为 2 4 .1 0mg .g- 1,河北省为 2 4 .4 8mg .g- 1,河南省为 2 3.1 0mg .g- 1,安徽省为 2 2 .0 8mg .g- 1。结论 :金银花中绿原酸含量测定可以作为判定金银花药材品质的指标之一。Objective: To study analysis methods to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in the Flos lonicerae by HPLC. Methods: The chromatographic column was YWG-C18 (250mm×4.6,10μm),UV detection wavelength was 327nm,a mixture of 0.4% phosphate-water and acetonitrile was used as mobile phase in a gradient mode. Results: The contents of chlorogenic acid in the Flos lonicerae were as follows :the standard content is 25.84mg.g -1,Shan Dong was 24.10 mg.g -1,He Bei was 24.48 mg.g -1,Henan was 23.10 mg.g -1,Anhui was 22.08 mg.g -1. Conclusion:This methods is fast, reliable and accurate to examine and may be as one of index used to judge the quality of flos lonicerae.
