中药糖平煎对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂、血流变的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药糖平煎对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠血糖 (FBG)、血脂 (TG)、血流变及球结膜微循环的影响。方法 :采取小剂量链脲佐菌素 (STZ)腹腔注射结合高糖高脂高热量饲料喂养的方法制备实验性Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型 ,中药糖平煎连续治疗 4周。结果 :中药糖平煎可以显著降低模型大鼠的血糖、血脂 ,明显改善血流变和球结膜微循环的异常状态。结论 :中药糖平煎对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢、血流变异常和微血管环境具有良好治疗作用。Objective: To study the effects of the Tangpingjian on FBG?TG? hemorrheology ? micro_circulation of ball conjunctiva in TYPE 2 Experimental diabetic rats. Methods: Rats were fed with forage that contains more sugar and more fat . At the same time, rats were intraperitoneally administrated by low dose of STZ to construct TYPE 2 diabetic model. Then they were given successive treating with Tangpingjian for 4 weeks .Results: Tangpingjian could decrease FBG and TG remarkably in experimental rats,and improved the hemorrheology and micro_circulation of ball conjunctiva. Conclusion: Tangpingjian can improve metabolism of sugar and fat, can improve the hemorrheology and micro-circulation of ball conjunctiva in type 2 diabetic rats.
