摘　　要：　在优质基础油中添加适量的极压剂、油性剂、固体粉末以及其它添加物,作为不锈钢板材深冲用润滑剂.实验研究表明:该润滑剂具有优良的拉深润滑性能,完全能满足304不锈钢制品拉深工艺和产品质量的要求.A new deep drawing lubrication oil for 304 stainless steel, composed of base oil and some addition such as extress-pressure, oilness and solid powder and so on, was developed in the present investigation. Experiment and application showed that this oil has excellent properties of lubricating, can completely meet the requirements of pressing process of 304 austenitic stainless steel.
