摘 要:目的观察益智合剂对AD模型大鼠学习记忆能力的影响,探讨其益智抗衰老作用机制。方法用D-半乳糖复制AD模型大鼠,并灌胃给药,6周后行水迷宫实验,测定全血红细胞及海马中SOD含量,并取鼠脑海马区组织切片行细胞凋亡及脂褐素检测。结果益智合剂减少模型大鼠游迷宫时间和误入盲端的次数,提高SOD活力,减少海马神经元脂褐素阳性细胞和细胞凋亡。结论益智合剂能改善AD模型大鼠的学习记忆功能,增加SOD、减少脂褐素和细胞凋亡,通过这些途径实现益智抗衰老作用。Objective To observe the effect of YiZhi Mixture (YZM) on Alzheimer's disease (AD) model rats and explore its anti-aging mechanism. Methods Injecting D-galactose method was used to establish the models of AD in male Wister rats with 10-month old, and same rats were selected as normal control group. The two groups were treated respectively with Piracetam and YZM in different dosages; other two groups(i.e model control, and normal control) were given NS. Their capabilities of studying and memorizing were examined in water maze after 6 weeks. Subsequently, the level of SOD was measured, and brain Lipofuscin, apoptosis were examined. Results Water maze experiments showed significant difference in learning and memory function. YZM improved the function of learning and memory and content of SOD, also reduced brain Lipofuscin and bottled apoptosis. Conclusion YZM is effective in fighting fatigue and the aging process, and is capable of enhancing intelligence.
