高刚度与低刚度平整机应用分析

摘　　要：从结构特点和产品质量方面对高、低刚度2类平整机进行了比较分析。实际应用结果表明,高、低刚度平整机的产品指标基本相当。因而认为在满足机械强度的前提下,应优先选用低刚度平整机,并提出了设计该类轧机时应注意的问题。The structure characteristics and skinpass quality of high and low stiffness skinpass mill were compared and analyzed.The practical production show that the skinpass quality was same of the two kinds of mill.Therefore,the low stiffness skinpass mill should be considered in advance under the condition of same mechanical strength.At the same time,some questions should be attented of designing this mill were put forward.
