摘　　要：针对宝钢集团梅山热轧板厂精轧主电机绝缘等级低、主电机经常过流的问题,采用了润滑轧制技术。介绍了润滑轧制的控制原理、控制系统数据通讯、润滑的操作方法,及其投用后轧制力、主电机电流、辊耗等有较大幅度下降的良好效果。In view of some problems of main motor in Hot Strip Mill of Meishan Iron and Steel Co.,the lubricating rolling technology was applied.The control theory, data communication, operation method of lubricating rolling technology were introduced.The good effects of great decreasing of rolling force,main driver current,roll consumption were obtained.
