摘 要:对光纤布拉格光栅的压力传感特性进行了理论分析,并在自行设计的膜片上在压力范围0~30MPa进行了加压和减压的高压实验。实验结果表明:光纤布拉格光栅的压力灵敏度较高,其值为5×10-11m/MPa,其中心波长与压力变化有着良好的线性关系和重复性,且没有迟滞现象,它们的相关系数都超过0 9999。因此,光纤布拉格光栅适合于高压情况下的压力测量。The pressure sensor characteristic of fiber Bragg grating was analyzed,the high-pressure experiments about compression and decompression were carried out on the self-designing diaphragm when the pressure was from 0 to 30 MPa.From the experimental results,it could be seen that the pressure sensitivity of fiber Bragg grating was bigger,its value is about 5×10^(-11)m/MPa.There was a very good linearity and repetition between the center wavelength of fiber Bragg grating and pressure change and there is no hysteresis effect,their pertinence coefficient is more than 0.999 9.So it is fit for pressure measurement under the high pressure.
