摘　　要：　通过对工程造价计算的共性进行研究分析,在对生命周期成本进行分解和构造成本函数的基础上建立了适用于不同行业、建设项目生命周期不同阶段的工程造价统一计算的数学模型,并给出了用计算机实现工程造价统一计算的步骤和流程分析.This paper mainly introduces a model of uniform calculation of engineering cost on the basis of breaking down the whole life cycle cost and making cost functions through the study of the commonness of the calculation of engineering cost. This model can suitable for the cost calculation of different time of different trades and items. Finally, the computer management process of the model is provided.
