摘 要:采用非线性逐步倒塌分析方法,考虑桩-土-结构的非线性相互作用,研究了单点系泊海洋导管架平台在极端荷载作用下的承载能力计算模型,在此基础上结合蒙特卡洛随机抽样法,提出了单点系泊海洋导管架平台结构体系可靠度计算方法。最后对工程实例BZ28-1SPM单点系泊海洋导管架平台结构在20年设计基准期和50年重现期进行了体系可靠性分析。研究结果表明:用50年重现期的环境荷载参数来进行BZ28-1SPM单点系泊海洋导管架平台结构的设计是合理的;在环境荷载中起主导作用的是由波浪引起的系泊力;在海洋平台结构的设计及对已服役平台结构的评估中运用体系可靠度理论,可以为海洋平台结构的设计、维护和评估提供理论依据。 The Single Point Mooring (SPM) offshore jacket platform is widely applied in the exploration of ocean oil-gas resources. The following method was used for the reliability analysis of the BZ28-1 SPM jacket platform. Based on nonlinear mechanical analyses, considering pile-soil-structure nonlinear interaction, the mechanic characteristics of the SPM jacket platform subjected to extreme loads were analyzed. By use of the FEA model, with Monte Carlo method, the reliability of the SPM jacket platform was studied. The 20-year-based-period and 50-year-return-period system reliabilities were calculated. The results show that the 50-year return period is the appropriate design period, and the mooring forces due to waves are the key loads for these platforms. The system reliability method provides important and reliable referential suggestions for the design, maintenance and assessment of SPM jacket platforms, and improves the safety of the oil-gas exploration.
