摘  要:提出了精细饰纹件等离子熔射快速制造技术.在大量实验基础上,着重研究精细饰纹熔射成形及后处理过程中的关键技术问题,详细分析和评价了基模特性、射流特性、粉末特性、熔射枪结构、熔射工艺参数等重要因素对熔射成形件质量的影响,给出了射流图像采集方法、粉末飞行速度和温度的数值模拟模型及测量技术方案,最后进行了典型精细饰纹件的熔射成形实验.研究结果表明:等离子熔射成形技术可以快速制造精细饰纹件,实现成形与加工一体化,且工艺简单、成本低,是极具发展潜力的制造方法.A novel rapid forming technology of fine decoration veins fabricated by plasma spraying is advanced. The technological processes have been investigated, and the post-treatment methods have been summarized based on experiments. Some important factors, including substrate mould characteristics, plasma jet properties, particle characteristics, torch structures and spraying parameters influencing on the quality of spray formed parts, have been analyzed and evaluated. At the same time, the collecting method of plasma jet, the numerical models and measurement means of in-flight particle velocity and temperature have been presented. Finally, some experiments of plasma spray forming have been carried out. The results show that the technology of plasma spray forming can rapidly fabricate fine decoration veins with lower cost, and this technology can realize the contemporary integration of ceramic parts forming and machining with broad and brilliant prospects of development in industry.
