摘  要:预应力钢筋与混凝土之间的粘结性能对预应力构件设计有很大影响,特别是对先张法构件的锚固长度及预应力传递长度的确定十分重要.对3种不同外形的预应力钢筋螺旋肋钢丝、异形钢棒、钢绞线的粘结性能进行了试验研究.通过典型的荷载-滑移曲线,对三者的粘结性能进行了比较,发现螺旋肋钢丝和异形钢棒的粘结性能比光圆钢棒好,钢筋表面形状与锚固长度等因素对粘结性能均有影响.最后分析发现螺旋状钢筋的粘结机理是界面混凝土的抗剪及摩擦作用.The bond behavior between prestressed reinforcement and concrete has a great effect on the design of the prestressed components, especially for determining the anchorage length and prestressed transmission length of pretensioning components. Experimental study of the bond behavior is carried out including three different types of prestressed reinforcements: spiral-groove steel wire, deformed steel bar and steel strand. Through the typical load-slip curve, bond behavior is compared and the conclusion is that the bond behavior of the spiral-groove steel wire and the deformed steel bar is better than that of the undeformed steel bar. The influences such as the configuration of reinforcement and anchorage length on the bond behavior are discussed. Finally, the bond mechanism of spiral reinforcement is also analyzed, which is the shear and friction action of the interfacial concrete.
