摘　　要：传统知识流失风险识别与控制研究的视角基本局限在组织外部结果因素的层面上。本文同时从组织内部过程与组织外部结果两个层面识别并分析了企业知识流失的六个主要风险因素。其中人员升迁与调动、绩效评价与薪酬结构以及内部知识文档管理三个组织内部程序因素的识别与分析是本文的主要工作。继而本文就各风险因素的风险控制变量与控制手段进行了初步讨论 ,为企业知识流失风险控制提供框架性的参考借鉴。The traditional perspective of research on risk identification and control of knowledge loss is primarily limited to resultant factors outside the organization. While the paper identifies and analyses six principal factors from both the level of resultant factors outside the organization and the level of procedure factors inside the organization, of which the identification of procedure factors inside the organization, e.g. promotion inside the organization, performance appraisal and reward structure, knowledge documents management, is the main contribution to the research issue. Based on the discussion above, the paper makes a further study on the control variables and methods of the risk factors, and provides a framework of knowledge loss risk control for reference.
